My immigration worker called this morning at 8:34am. I was running for the bus to the pool which I had to catch at 8:36am. After I alighted the bus I called the number back and it was Citizen and Immigration Canada. The lady wanted to know if I had received the letter she sent a month ago. How time flies.
I told her the paper work is at the lawyer's office. I made a few adjustments today and now I am at peace. I had to gather all the organizations I belong to. It is a huge list. Didn't want to leave anybody behind.
The worker said the sooner I sent those forms the sooner she can get my background and security check done. She was friendly.
My wait has been eleven years and I know the battle is almost over. I am going at it slowly. Why rush now at this crucial stage?
Tomorrow is the day I sign the update form and Bob's my uncle.
Wish me well.

It has been 11 years waiting for the immigration process to end. I have had ample time to freak out over the years...I am cool now. Thanks for noticing.
